SUGAR WATCH HOLDS RALLY AT COCA-COLA PLANT By: Owen S. Bayog

Farmers calling for Coke to discontinue using imported and pre-mixed sugar assembled at the Coca-cola plant earlier today to air the sentiments over the said issue.

Hundreds of rallyists blocked the entrance of Coca-cola plant in Barangay Mansilingan.

Rallysist held their ground as rain pours heavily around 9:30am.

Police came to ensure order on the rally site.

Trucks have to take the alternative gate to pass by the rallyists in order to continue
with the regular operations.

Heavy rains continued to fall and  rallyists decided to disperse themselves
and proceed to the Provincial Capitol Lagoon to assemble for
another rally at the Public Plaza this afternoon.

the provincial government supports the cause of the organization rallying against Coke BUT why did they accept the sponsorship of Coca-Cola in Mudpack Festival of Mambukal Resort managed by the Provincial Government? Haaay, so obvious that this whole thing about coke and sugar...they just want to pin down one person.
